Hi Sharon thank you for sharing your Art Deco Lady. The blue background really makes the lady stand out. It really captures the period.
I like Debbie Moore designs too and I've used some of her stamps to create some Art Deco cards.
Card toppers are a great way to make quick handmade cards. It's easy to add extra embellishments for an individual card.
They also need minimum cutting which is good news for those of us who find cutting difficult.
