Free Printable Birthday Cards

Free printable birthday cards are a quick and affordable way to create a birthday card for your friends and family.

They are easily accessible and ready to use at any time.

All you have to do is....

Download...Print...Cut... and Fold.

The designs are all clean and simple cards.

They've been left blank on the inside for your own personal message.

To Download

Click on one of the images below and a PDF document will open in a new window on your browser.

From here you can save your document.

To Print

Load your printer with your card stock or paper and change the paper settings for your card/paper choice.

The downloads will fit on either International A4 or US card/paper.

In the PRINT dialogue box set your printer setting to BEST and SCALE (not Scale to Fit) as you don't want to change the dimensions of the image.

Once printed cut the card outline (shown in light grey) with scissors or a trimmer.

Fold in half lengthways to create a 5 x5" top fold card.

All PDF's are high quality and will give a clear image.
